Our Story
Built on Love, Anchored in the Word
United Christian Family Ministry was birthed in 2018 when Pastor Reginald Smith, after years of faithful service and clear prophetic confirmation, stepped out in obedience to plant a church in New Rochelle, NY.
From the very first service, the heart of UCF has been simple: love God first, love yourself well, and love others deeply. Our prayer is that every person who walks through our doors — in person or on Zoom — encounters a Father who is real, a Savior who restores, and a family that feels like home.
Through God’s Word and prayer, we believe lives are enlightened, hearts are restored, hope is renewed, and families are made whole.

We are a Bible-believing church grounded in the historic Christian faith. These convictions shape everything we do.
Jesus is Lord
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, crucified, risen, and the only way to the Father. Salvation is by grace through faith in Him alone.
The Word of God
The Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God — our compass for life, family, and ministry, and the foundation of every message we preach.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit empowers, comforts, and equips every believer to live a transformed life and to serve others with love and boldness.

God’s design for family and marriage is sacred. We are passionate about strengthening homes so that love, honor, and faith pass to the next generation.
Meet the Pastors
Pastor Reginald & Lady Rose Smith
Married for over 32 years and called to shepherd together — with three children and two grandchildren, they lead UCF with the heart of a family.
Senior Pastor
Pastor Reginald Smith
Pastor Reginald Smith is the middle of five children born to Conrad and Eulalie Smith in the U.S. Virgin Islands. After high school, he migrated to New York in 1983, working as a union carpenter while pursuing a love for music as a disc jockey.
It was during a challenging season in his family that Pastor Smith cried out to God, “If you are real, show yourself to me.” God answered — and from that moment on, Pastor Smith gave his life fully to the Lord.
For thirteen years he served at Living Faith International Ministries in Mt. Vernon, NY under Bishop Allotey, first as a Deacon and later as a Pastor, leading the Marriage Ministry alongside his wife Rose. In 2009 he joined Family of Christ Kingdom International Ministries in the Bronx, where he served as President of the Youth Ministry and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and Christian Education from the Family of Christ Kingdom Theological Bible College.
In 2018, after multiple prophetic confirmations, Pastor Smith stepped out in faith to birth United Christian Family Ministry in New Rochelle. His heart is for families and strong marriages — he believes every marriage has the potential not just to survive, but to thrive.
First Lady
Lady Rose Smith
Lady Rose Smith stands beside Pastor Reggie as his partner in life and ministry for more than 32 years. Together they have raised three children and are now blessed with two grandchildren.
For more than a decade she co-led the Marriage Ministry alongside Pastor Smith at Living Faith International in Mt. Vernon, NY — pouring into couples, mentoring wives, and helping build homes rooted in Christ.
At United Christian Family Ministry, Lady Rose carries a tender heart for women, families, and the next generation. She is a woman of prayer, hospitality, and grace, whose quiet strength helps make UCF feel like home from the moment you walk in.
